Dončić is fourteen years younger than James, which will absolutely come into consideration when the Lakers decide between the two.

He has proven his excellence by averaging 28.6 points per game throughout his career thus far, surpassing James.

For the first time in his career, the King has looked expendable. Dončić may be the first LeBron teammate to hold more value than him, and this could lead to James becoming a second priority.
